The piano trio is an excellent alternative to a string quartet, particularly when the venue happens to have a good piano.
Piano trios used to be the staple ensemble in grand hotels and restaurants: you can recapture that elegance! The pieces listed below reflect the best of traditions, mixing classical and light music and recreating a sound that will not fail to charm and delight.
Rigaudon Piano Trio would be at home in a church as well as in a hotel piano bar, as long as there is an upright or grand piano. Alternatively, we can bring with us a professional digital performance piano: just let us know of your requirements.
It is also possible to book Rigaudon Piano Trio together with another Rigaudon ensemble, for example the piano trio could play at the wedding ceremony, to be followed by the Rigaudon String Quartet at the reception.
Rigaudon Piano Trio is Surrey-based and can be booked to perform in South-East England. Further travel may be possible, so do ask for a quote even if your event takes place outside our usual area.
